
John Mayer Gives Back to Veterans with Solo Show in LA
John Mayer has announced a one-off show at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on Tuesday, September 19th. The show will benefit Mayer’s Heart and Armor Foundation, which supports the health of veterans of war.
Tickets for the show will go on sale Friday, September 15th at 10am PT on Ticketmaster. Fans will need to register through the Verified Fan program to receive a code before buying tickets. All tickets will be mobile-only and non-transferable.
Mayer founded the Heart and Armor Foundation in 2019 with the mission of “supporting the health and well-being of veterans of war.” The foundation provides financial assistance to veterans for medical care, counseling, and other services.
“I’m so excited to be able to give back to the veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country,” Mayer said in a statement. “This show is a small way for me to say thank you.”
Mayer is currently on the fall leg of his solo acoustic tour. The tour will run through November 12th.
