Dwayne Raye
CEO/Founder/Owner
Dwayne Raye is a Trinidadian-born entertainment entrepreneur who held executive positions with Touch Entertainment Group and also serves on the Medical field of Directors. Raye has also founded the multi media company Touch Radio NYC, Touch TV, RTMags and RRUL. In 2014, Raye created amazing programming on Touch Radio NYC with The Love Zone, Members Oldies, and The Zion Train.

Zenas Mercer – born in Brooklyn, N.Y. is a American/Caribbean multi-talented businessman with over 20 years in the entertainment industry. Starting out as a DJ at the young age of 13 years old, has always been musically inclined. In 2015, Zenas joined the TouchRadio.NYC family as a DJ & radio personality. He has done business with numerous NYC radio stations & corporations.

British, born Kim Rae is an artist, author, explorer and systems engineer interested in developing sinuous new modes of reactive expression through the elusive, yet diverse range of art; which she refer to as any skill, mastery, or medium that affects the sense of beauty. The spoken, written and visual world is one she recognize in all it’s dimensions. She is bi-coastal and the proud owner of several business’ between UK & USA.
Kevin Coates
Vice President of Finance
Kevin Coates is from Brooklyn, NY, and as Vice President of the financial department for Touch Radio. He’s responsible for budgeting the finance at Touch Radio and does an excellent job of managing the payroll and billing in a timely and professional fashion. He’s very driven and is keen to make Touch Radio one of the best. He offers nothing but the best to our loyal staffs.
Ivan Tello
Vice President of Human Resources & Legal
Ivan Tello (Born in Brooklyn, NY) is a certified dental technician and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Sport’s Management. His enthusiastic and self-determined character is an asset to the Touch Radio NYC team as a promoter. His global experiences from traveling to over 30 countries brings that diverse mindset. As he states “Wanderlust is one’s way to cultivate your best self”.
